Internal Quality Assurance Cell
Objective
To ensure quality as the prime concern in teaching, learning and evaluation patterns and related activities through quality enhancement initiatives.
Functions & Responsibilities
- Develop and apply quality standards
- Set Parameters for various academic and administrative activities of the institution.
- Ensure a learner-centric environment conducive for quality education.
- Motivate faculty to adopt the knowledge, technology and innovations for participatory teaching and learning process.
- Invite suggestions and recommendations from students, parents and stakeholders to emphasize quality in institutional policies & processes.
- Organize inter and intra Institutional Workshops, seminars on quality related themes.
- Document various programmes / activities leading to quality improvement.
- Act as a nodal agency of the Institution for coordinating quality-related activities, including adoption and dissemination of best practices.
- Periodical conduct of Academic and Administrative Audit and its follow-up.
- Preparation and submission of the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) as per guidelines and parameters of NAAC.
